IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reboot Resume, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and User Content. We recommend downloading your resumes before terminating your account. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
